Coinbase Learning Rewards

What Is Coinbase?

Coinbase is the largest United States-based cryptocurrency exchange ranked by trading volume that offers all the tools needed to trade over 200 different cryptocurrencies and counting.

Coinbase was founded in June 2012 in San Francisco, California by Brian Armstrong and Fred Ehrsam and is currently a remote-first company as it has no physical headquarters. Its total revenue as of 2022 was $3.19 billion.

What Are Coinbase Learning Rewards?

"Learning Rewards" is the Coinbase native tag for its Learn & Earn program which incentivizes users after they learn about cryptocurrency projects by watching informative videos and subsequently taking a quiz about said cryptocurrency project.

How Does Coinbase Learning Rewards Work?

Coinbase Learning Rewards works similarly to CoinMarketCap's Learn & Earn Campaign. Crypto projects in a bid to promote their brand and acquire more adoption takes advantage of Learn & Earn campaigns in the cryptocurrency space.

These campaigns are designed to introduce, in substantial detail, crypto projects to a large audience and facilitate engagements and response from these audiences by incentivizing or rewarding them with the projects native tokens or any other crypto asset.

Coinbase serves as a host website for these crypto projects seeking to advertise and promote themselves, and also acts as an intermediary between crypto enthusiasts and these projects as they're responsible for arranging and managing the campaigns from the start to the finish.

Coinbase being a large user base of crypto assets garners large numbers of crypto users every day so the idea is to tunnel some or all of these audiences to these crypto startups using an incentivizing program that serves as a motivator. Overall, the underlying idea and goal still remains the same;

Users of the Coinbase platform get incentives after learning about crypto projects which will potentially increase the audience and adoption of said projects, so there is a win win situation for both the crypto projects and the user, and even more win for the user cause he or she acquires resourceful knowledge while being incentivized.
